1. Raw Material Verification: Conducting chemical composition and tensile strength analysis on incoming billets and coils to ensure compliance with ASTM, EN, and JIS standards.

2. In-Line Precision Monitoring: Real-time checking of wall thickness, zinc layer uniformity, and pipe seam integrity during active production.

3. Laboratory Testing: Mechanical bend tests, hydrostatic pressure testing for steel pipes, and salt-spray corrosion evaluations.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection: Final verification of bundle strapping, surface condition, and label accuracy before port delivery.

Every shipment is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC), with third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek) available upon request.
